from the Director
We incorporate chamber musicians into our services at least once per month, and feature large instrumental groups every month.
Solos are often presented during the Lighting of Candles or during Offering Music, and may be contributed by any member of the congregation. Please volunteer.
Rehearsals - Voices
Adult Choir
(ages 15 and up):
8-9:30pm Thursdays in
the Sanctuary; Sunday call time is usually 9:15am for a 10am
Service
Festival Choir
for Special Music Services:
8-8:45pm Thursdays in
the Sanctuary
(three rehearsals remain for Mozart Requiem, please come to at least two:
10/19, 10/26, 11/5)
Call time on Sunday, Nov. 5 is 9am.
Chalice Lights (grades
K-2, beginning level): 11:45am-12:30pm Sundays in
the Chapel
Lights will sing on 10/29 (Hallowe'en), 12/11 (Alliance Party), and in the
Holiday Pageant (12/17)
Chalice Singers
(grades 2/3 -
8, intermediate level): 5:45-6:45pm Thursdays in
the Sanctuary
Singers will sing on 10/29, 11/5 (with adults), 12/10 (with adults), 12/11
(Alliance Party) and in the Holiday Pageant (12/17)
Chalice Flames
(advance/high
school students): with Adults or Singers
in the Sanctuary
Flames will sing with adults on 11/5 and 12/24, and may present solos at
the Alliance Party on 12/11
